terms of service

i have a full contract that will be presented to clients who are certain that they would like to commission me. my full contract is required to be filled out in order to protect my rights as the artist and your satisfaction as the client. however, these are the general terms! currently does not apply due to fundraising.

by commissioning me, you understand that...

  • you will pay half price upfront via venmo (preferred) or paypal for goods & services all commissions will be paid UP FRONT to holly jolly's gofundme

  • **I STILL RETAIN THE RIGHT TO DECLINE ANY COMMISSION FOR ANY REASON!!! please contact me prior to donating if you are unsure

  • all of my work is digital and you will not be receiving any physical goods

  • my art is for personal use only and cannot be resold, traded, reproduced, edited, or fed to any generative AI

  • my watermark is not to be removed and anywhere that you use my art you will leave credit that properly addresses my social media as its source

  • you will not receive the full commission if i have not received full payment

  • without references. i am very nervous about drawing an original character without a reference and unless i know you very well i would prefer that you already have a reference made of them! even if you're not great at art, a silly doodle/sketch helps me greatly!

prices

all sketches will receive a monotone color to distinguish them from what will be an otherwise white background. if you have a preference of color or would rather not have any color in the photo at all please feel free to say.colored lineart includes cell shading within its price. if you do not want cell shading the price will NOT be adjusted.full render will have highlights and shadows with colors i believe best fit the piece. if you have specific highlight/shadow colors in mind please let me know.

i can/will also draw warrior cats but i do not have many examples so please look at two of my ocs!
prices are the same as the chart above but do not include half-bodies. headshot/icons or full body only!
